Residenza Protetta Villa Sabrina's staff have a great deal of experience acquired in the field and through specific professional training. Villa Sabrina's Terni Health Management has taken charge of numerous refresher training initiatives through precise ongoing training plans and on the approach to the various forms of dementia that make the operators increasingly confident and cohesive.

Our team of professionals

The staff is made up of health director, Dr Serva Maria Rita, a Medical Surgeon who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Perugia, specialising in urology and andrology, and is in charge of the entire health organisation of the facility. The job of a geriatric consultant is carried out by Dr Cinzia Bianchini, a medical surgeon who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Perugia. Specialising in geriatrics, she provides geriatric consultations for the treatment and daily management of guests. The facility also relies on a scientific consultant whose role is held by Prof. Patrizia Mecocci. Director of the gerontology and geriatrics section of the University of Perugia's school of specialisation in geriatrics and the geriatrics complex of the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital in Perugia, she is in charge of training Villa Sabrina's care staff and organises its operational protocols.

The heart of the structure

In addition to the nursing staff at Villa Sabrina, professionals are also available for guests and family members. Medical Director: Dr Serva Maria Rita, who graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Perugia and specialised in Urology and Andrology at the Department of Medical and Surgical Specialities of the Silvestrini Polyclinic in Perugia, is in charge of the management and health organisation of the facility.

Geriatric Consultant: Dr Cinzia Bianchini, who graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Perugia and specialised in Geriatrics at Policlinico Silvestrini in Perugia, is in charge of geriatric consultations for therapies and daily management of guests.
Geriatric scientific advisor: Prof. Patrizia Mecocci, Director of the Gerontology and Geriatrics section at the University of Perugia and the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital in Perugia, organises specialised care guidelines, operational protocols, training and meetings with care staff.

For clarification or information on health status, the Medical Director is present at the facility on the following days:
- Monday from 14.00 to 18.00
- Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon
- Friday from 14.00 to 18.00
