Villa Sabrina has an agreement with the Umbria Local Health Authority, municipalities, the Region of Umbria and the Region of Lazio for residential care of the non-self-sufficient elderly. The facility provides specialised services as it specialises in caring for Alzheimer's patients. The rest home collaborates with the A.M.A.T.A Umbria organisation for Alzheimer's patients.

Villa Sabrina keeps its Quality Management System under control through annual ISO 9001:2015 certification by Bureau Veritas and AgiQualitas.
In 2007, the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Services of Umbria - Accreditation and Quality Assessment Service, granted Villa Sabrina Residenza Protetta the facility's Accreditation recognition, an authorisation renewed in 2013 that has been continuously granted.
